The ninety-fifth episode of the Yes Music Podcast, featuring four versions of the Yes track, ‘Leaves of Green’ through the years.

Also featuring Patrick Moraz who I missed out of the Yes Alphabet ‘M’ episode last week!

  • What or where is ‘Leaves of Green’?
  • Can it work as a piece on its own?
  • Has it been performed in different ways over the years?

Please contribute to the Episode 100 audio feedback project before 12th August, 2013

Please send an audio message to the show via any of the methods on the right hand side of the website. You don’t have to say anything elaborate or clever – unless you want to. Just give your name (first name alone is fine if you want) and where in the world you are. Many thanks! I look forward to receiving your audio clip to play on the 100th show!

Ben Craven and The Section Live! the Video

I’m delighted to be able to release the full video of the Ben Craven and The Section YMP event. There’s brilliant prog rock, lots of chat and some fun moments to enjoy.

Many thanks to Ben for all the editing – and to the whole band for their generosity. Enjoy!

Episode 87 – Ben Craven and The Section Live!

Ben Craven and The Section
The Google Hangout On Air (Click to enlarge)

The eighty-seventh episode of the Yes Music Podcast featuring a fantastic live session from Aussie Prog Rock heroes, Ben Craven and the Section.

Ben Craven
Multi-instrumentalist, Ben Craven

This is the audio from our recent Google Hangout On Air experiment which has been properly mixed and edited by Ben himself. Some listeners managed to catch the video live but this sounds so much better. Ben’s done a fantastic job and the band played brilliantly despite the late hour! Many thanks to them for this great session!

Look out for more live events and also keep tuned for a rather more elaborate project soon! I hope everyone can be involved in the future…

Our ultimate aim is to set up and run a full, progressive rock virtual festival with bands from across the globe. Watch this space!
