The thirty-second episode of the Yes Music Podcast featuring listeners’ ideas of their fantasy Yes live event.
What would the ultimate Yes Live event be?
Who would it feature?
What would the setting be and when in time?
Listen and see if you agree with other listeners then let me know by leaving a comment or contacting me via the different routes on the right hand side!
In a forthcoming episode, I’d like to feature your ideas of a Yes Fantasy Live event. If you could manufacture an event in the live history of the band, what would it have been?
Would you have had Peter Banks actually walking out with the rest of the Union crew? What about Patrick Moraz returning at some point, Rick Wakeman playing keyboards on the Magnification tour, Vangelis joining in the mid 70s or Trevor Horn returning to lead vocal duties in 2011?
I have absolutely no doubt you can come up with much more creative ideas.
So when you have designed your Yes Fantasy Live event, let me know what it is via any of the methods on the right hand side of the website – email, Tweet, record a message, leave a comment on this blog post etc.
I can’t wait to hear your ideas!
UPDATE: Owing to the fantastic response, I’m going to release this episode on Friday 11th May so deadline for your thoughts is Thursday 10th May 2011. Thanks so much everyone!

I love receiving comments on the website and some listeners contribute regularly which is fantastic.
However, wouldn’t it be better if we could all see a proper avatar for the kind folk who add comments to blog posts and episodes?
As you can see on the site, when I add a comment in reply to yours, my photo avatar is included, rather than the auto-generated pattern which appears on the other contributions. This is because I use a free service called ‘Gravatar‘.
So, if you’d like to add a friendly Gravatar to your comments (which will work on many sites, not just here), just sign up for free and use the same email address as you use for your comments – then your avatar will automatically be added here.
It would be great to have a few more avatars – why not give it a go?
