The one hundred and thirty fourth episode of the Yes Music Podcast, featuring lots of listener feedback, artwork for the new album, Heaven and Earth, and my thoughts about the VIP package I bought for the Birmingham concert I went to,

  • Is the new album cover ‘classic’ Yes?
  • Do the titles of the tracks sound like Yes?
  • Is a VIP live package worth it?

Listen and see if you agree with me, then let me know via any of the methods below.

Theme music

The music I use is the last movement of Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite. This has been used as introduction music at many Yes concerts. My theme music is not take from a live concert – I put it together from the following two creative commons sources: thanvannispen and archive.org

Funny how you were describing the Going for the One pics in the program..

You mention Donovan that was an amazing show I think that might have been my 2nd or third time seeing them, I was really blown away at the performance that Donovan put on It was amazing…
But the best part of that show for me was when Jon Anderson said we would like to play a track from the new album that we have not played very much and it was Going for the one….
I still remember getting the chills it was so unbelievable the sound that those five guys were making one of the best shows that I had been to however as I look back I really can honestly tell you that I never had a bad experience at any of the live shows.
Great Job Kevin as always I’m glad people are taking the time to share on this post and its all due to your unwavering performance on this show ….

Cheers

Paul Tomei
